The contract was signed on September 29, 2006. It was agreed that the purchase price would remain undisclosed. The TeleAlarm Group is a leading European provider of social alarm and nurse call systems. These products are primarily installed in the homes of people being cared for, in retirement and care homes, in sheltered accommodation facilities and hospitals. In 2005, the company achieved sales of EUR 10 million with a workforce of around 70. The TeleAlarm Group carries out the bulk of its production in La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland and has sales offices in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
